2. Position Objective岗位宗旨

           开展各种公关活动,配合公司策略的有效执行.develop various kinds of activities about public relations,meet corporation’s tactics to layout effective.

 

 

3. Key Result Areas (KRAs)主要考核指标

·        扩大影响,联络各界,树立形象与口碑widen influence, contact the world,build image and public praise.

·        策划、组织各类公关活动plan and organize kinds of public activities.

·        协助开展市场促销活动assisst in developing market-promotional activities.

·        配合其他部门的工作进展,协调关系coordinate with other departments.coordinate relationships

·        处理突发事件,如:投诉事件,有效控制负面影响deal with emergency,such as complaints,control the negative effects effectively.

·        活动是否顺利进行,宾客意见反馈guests’feedback about whether the activities go smoothly or not.

·        协调得力,配合工作顺畅well coordination,coordinate with the work smoothly.

·        平息不良公共关系,妥善处理cope with the poor public relations.
