“到5月底,楼市本轮观望期已持续7个月之久。”孟奇指出,这种全国性的观望态势的时间周期,至少是自1998年房改以来所未见。此前的观望时间,一般是调控政策出台后的两三个月以及2003年“非典”时的三四个月时间。
