◆ Pessaries are fitted by trail and error. There are no mechanical devices available that can accurately determine the size or type pessary your patient requires to obtain the desired results.子宫托通过试误法来估计尺寸。没哪一种医疗器具可以准确测量出能达到预想效果的子宫托大小。 ◆ Fitting diaphragms should not be used to measure the size pessary a patient will need. Diaphragms fit differently from pessaries.试用隔膜不可以用来测量患者需要的子宫托大小。隔膜不同于子宫托。 ◆ Even before fitting a pessary, patient should be informed that it is not uncommon to have to change the size or type of pessay more than once after being originally fitted. This is why it is so important your patient be instructed to return within 24 hours of the initial fitting and again in 72 hours. There after, reexamination every four to six weeks as long as patient is wearing a pessay is neccssary. 试带子宫托之前，应告知患者，子宫托的型号在初次测量后发生改变是很常见的。所以，这就是为什么要求患者首次试带后24小时内复诊，然后在72小时内再复诊。此后，只要患者一直带着子宫托，每四到六周都要复诊。 ◆ At each visit, the pessary should be removed and the vagina vault inspected for signs of an allergic reaction or under pressure.每次就诊时，应取出子宫托，并且检查yd穹窿是否有过敏反应或者有压力。 |
