昨日，广州市公安局交警支队就限制人力三轮车、手（推）拉车等非机动车在部分道路通行向广大市民征集意见。根据交警支队公布的管理措施，广州市区东西两个方向全部路段、南部至番禺交界和北部部分路段将对人力三轮车和手推车等非机动车实行限行，同时，花都、番禺、增城等部分路段也将实行限行措施。
限行措施
1 禁止人力三轮车在以下范围内的道路通行：
（1）广州市区（含所指路段）：东至黄埔区与增城市交界处；南至海珠区、黄埔区与番禺区交界处；西至荔湾区、白云区与佛山市交界处；北至北环高速公路（沙贝海至增槎路路口）、增槎路（北环高速公路路口至西槎路路口）、西槎路、石潭路、黄石西路、黄石东路、白云大道（黄石东路路口至同泰路路口）、同泰路、同宝路、沙太路（同宝路路口至中成路路口）、中成路、中元路、天源路（中元路以北）、广汕公路（天源路路口至开创大道路口）、开创大道（广汕公路至广深高速公路路口）、广深高速公路（开创大道以东）。
（2）花都区：新华路以北（含该路段，以下同），福宁路、站前路以东，宝华路以南，茶园南路以西，花城路以西。

2 禁止手推（拉）车在广州市区禁止人力三轮车通行范围内的道路通行。但车身长度不超过50cm、宽度不超过60cm的，可在人行道内通行。
3 禁止畜力车在广州市行政区域内的道路通行。
4 市政环卫部门用于环卫清洁工作的人力三轮车、手推（拉）车可以在上述禁行区域内通行，但应当符合公安机关交通管理部门对式样、标识、颜色、外观尺寸等的规范要求，不得擅自改变车厢外观和车辆使用性质。
