1、本展览面向世界各国摄影师、视觉艺术家、摄影艺术爱好者征稿，不限国家、职业、性别、年龄。
2、本展览遵循美国摄影学会（PSA）、英国皇家摄影学会（RPS）、世界摄影师联盟（UPI）和欧洲职业摄影师联盟（FEP）相关评选规定，获奖作品可以列入前三家机构对应的奖牌统计及其他认可的计分系统。
3、本展览主题不限，组别设置（A）彩色组和（B）黑白组，具体奖项设置如下：
以上两个组别中，荣获“国际数码展览”金银铜奖牌和优秀奖的作者还将获得主办方颁发的奖金,其中:
4、作者须直接登陆活动官方网站上传参赛作品，网址为：http://2015cidpae.lsphoto.org。每位作者每个组别限投4件作品（1幅或1组计1件），组照被视作1件作品，组照数量为4-8幅。投稿作品为jpg格式，图片统一处理为长边800-1200像素，文件不得大于2MB。投稿时，必须按投稿页面要求填写作品标题、作者姓名、作品描述、参赛者国别、作者联系方式等相关信息，中英文均可。主办方严格保密投稿者个人非公开信息。
5、在主办方合理权限内，若确信某一作品不符合参加条件或规定，可予以拒绝参赛或取消获奖入选资格，可能包括以下情形：不符合征稿启事规定的作品；作品思想内容违反有关法律法规精神的作品；作品思想内容不健康，有悖于道德、公序良俗，严重误导公众认知的作品；创作和投稿过程中存在故意欺诈或侵害他人合法权益的行为。
6、作品可以通过数码技术手段进行后期合成。为了鼓励每届展览均为新作投稿，本届展览作品须在2013年8月1日以后完成创作或2013年8月1日以后首次公开发表。作品须以摄影、影像为基本特征，不提倡非影像元素(平面设计、绘画等元素)的大量应用。
7、黑白组作品定义：是指黑、灰、白色为基本色调，以不同的灰阶层次组成影像。黑白作品如经后期处理形成具有彩色倾向的单色调作品，或在黑白作品局部中增加彩色元素，将被视为彩色作品而取消黑白组的评选资格。任何提交至彩色组的黑白作品，将一概被视为彩色作品。
8、投稿者应保证其为所投作品的真实作者，对该作品拥有独立、完整的著作权；投稿者还应保证其所投送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作权、肖像权、名 誉权、隐私权等在内的合法权益。所有入选作品如涉及上述权益纠纷或其它法律问题，均由作者本人自行负责，主办方概不负责。
9、参展作品一经提交，即表示作者已经确认对作品的拥有权，并同意主办方部分或全部复制其作品，用于展览有关的任何印刷或展示，包括以低像素在网页上展示，而无须支付任何报酬。入选作品的作者会被要求在规定时间内提供一个较高解像度的档案（10MB左右），以作为印刷展览画册及展览之用。
10、主办方将邀请摄影专家组成评选委员会，本着公平、公正的原则，对所有符合本征稿启事规定的投稿作品，逐一评选后予以公布。参加者所提交的作品将分别于4轮评选中评分。所有作品会向评委展示的显示器分辨率为1024X768像素（或更高）。有关本次展览的相关资讯、信息、评选结果公告将在活动官方网站及时发布。
11、本届投稿作品如曾在美国摄影学会（PSA）支持的其他国际摄影展览中入选，作品名称要始终保持一致。作者不能将标题和姓名植入画面。
12、获得展览金、银、铜牌奖和优秀奖的作者可以获得一本展览画册及相应的奖牌和证书，“国际数码展览”组的获奖者还将获得相应奖金。部分奖牌获得者将受邀参加2015年11月在中国丽水举办的展览开幕式及中国丽水摄影节，其从驻地到温州永强机场的往返国际旅费自理，在丽水期间食宿行等费用由主办方负责。组委会将安排车在永强机场接机，并送至丽水。入选作者将获得电子（PDF格式）入选证书和电子画册（PDF格式）。
13、本活动收取参赛费，国内作者（含港、澳、台地区）：参赛1组收取20元人民币；参赛2组收取30 元人民币。国外作者参赛1组收取15美元（12欧元）；参赛2组收取20美元（17欧元）。（只在其中1个组别中投送1件作品即算参赛1组）。参赛费支付途径：

China International Digital Photography Art Exhibition sponsored by Photography Museum of Lishui China has already been successfully held for 4 sessions since launched in 2010.The entrants cover 46 countries and regions of 5 continents around the world. The purpose of the exhibition is to provide a platform for communication of international photography art, promote the mutual study and make friends, exhibit the modern photography works, introduce the pioneer photographers and provide works for experts to study the regular pattern and trend of the development of photography.
Competition rules
1、This exhibition is open to everyone of the world;
2、This exhibition is conformity with Photographic Society of America （P.S.A.） & The Royal Photographic Society (R.P.S) & United Photographers International (U.P.I.) & Federation of European Professional Photographers（F.E.P） regulations. Acceptance Certificate will be issued. Acceptances and awards obtained in this exhibition can be counted towards P.S.A., R.P.S and U.P.I . for rating or statistics.
3、Topic: Open Section: （A）Color （B）Monochrome, Awards:
4、All entrants shall upload the entries to the official Website of the exhibition: http://2015cidpae.lsphoto.org. Each entrant could send entries up to 4 pieces of works in each section. It could be 4 photos or 4 Series photo (4-8 photos in one series). One series photo will be taken as one piece of work. Jpg format only, in 800—1200 pixel, no larger than 2MB. Please fill the form without blank show on page of the website and the words shall be in English or Chinese characters. The organizing committee promises to keep secrete of your personal information and will not open to public.
5、An entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization, or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not confirm to exhibition rules and conditions.
6、Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of objects via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. In order to keep fresh of the exhibition, the entries for this exhibition shall be shot later 1 August 2013 or it is the first time to show in the public after 1 August 2013.
7、A monochrome image is defined as having varying shades of no more than one color (various shades of that color from very light to very dark) but it may be any single color. Multi-toned images (various shades of two or more colors) and grey scale images with added an accent color are not acceptable in Monochrome Class sections and must be entered in Color Class sections.
8、By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own (aliases are not permitted). Entrant shall have the complete independent copyright of entries and the entries do not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of the third party including copyright, portrait right, reputation right or privacy right, etc. The author himself will take all the responsibility if his works involved in the interests of disputes or other legal issues, Organizer will not be taken in charge.
9、The entrant permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a website. Note: Entrants who indicate that their images may not be reproduced or used “may not be eligible” for awards or inclusion in audio-visuals of the exhibition “and could be subject to disqualification by the exhibition sponsors.” The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright. For digital section(s) images may be acquired digitally, or scanned from film by the entrant, or a third party, to create a digital file. Adjustments and cleaning maybe performed to make the digital file match the original film image. For accepted images, related entrants will be required to provide a high resolution (more than 10MB) file for salon catalogues printing and exhibition purpose.
10、Judging will be base on fair and justice; each entry will be distributed throughout four rounds of judging. All images will be displayed by a projector with XGA (or higher) 1024 x 768 pixels or higher. All the information related to the exhibition will be announced on the official web site of the exhibition.
11、Each image must have a unique title. Once an image has been accepted in a PSA Recognized exhibition, that same image, or a like “in camera” or a “reproduction” duplicate of that image. No title or identification of the maker shall be written anywhere on the face of an image,
12、Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winners will receive additional an attractive printed catalogue and be invited come to Lishui city, Zhejiang province to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Exhibition and the International Photographic Art Festival related activities free of charge. The local accommodation, food and transfer during your stay in Lishui city will be in charge of Exhibition Organizing Committee. The return international air tickets from your location to Yongqiang Airport, Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province will be in your own cost. Organizing committee will arrange bus to pick you up at the Yongqiang airport and send to Lishui city. All the acceptance works winners will receive digital catalogue (PDF) and related certificate (PDF).
