◆倾倒啤酒时,应将啤酒杯轻微倾斜,待一层泡沫形成后,一口气斟满。??????????????????????????????????
To serve,tilt the glass slightly.After a layer of foam is formed,pour the rest of the beer into the glass.

◆ 啤酒必须存放于阴凉及通爽的环境,避免阳光直接照射,最理想是放入冰箱。????????????????????????
Beer must be stored in a cool and well-ventilated environment,away from direct sunlight,preferably in the fridge.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
◆开启啤酒前切勿摇晃樽身,以免大量啤酒突然涌出。?? To avoid excessive foam,don't shake the bottle before opening.???????????????????????????????????

啤酒生产工艺流程(Brewing Process):

1.{dj0}麦芽及{zy}质的谷物磨碎后,混入经过处理的水,加热变成麦芽浆。????????????????????????
Top quality barley malt and cereal grains are crushed and then mixed with pre-conditioned water to form mash.

2.经过严格控制,将谷物渣由麦芽浆分隔出来,然后提取清澈金黄的麦芽汁,再将槐花加入麦牙汁中煮滚。?
Under stringent control,the spent grains from the mash are separated to get a clear,golden liquid called wort.Finest hop are added into the wort to boil with the mixture.

3.将麦芽汁温度降低和灌气后,再加入生力独有的特种酵母发酵;发酵过程会将麦芽汁转变成啤酒。酒精,二氧化碳及tr的啤酒味道亦会在过程中同时形成。完成发酵的啤酒在除去酵母后,会贮于低温中等待成熟。????????????
The boiled wort from the previous stage is then cooled and aerated.The unique San Miguel yeast is added into the wort to start fermentation. During fementation,the special yeast converts the wort into beer and in the process, alcohol, carbon dioxide and natural beer flavours are formed.The yeast is then removed from the fermented beer and the beer stored at a low temperature for maturation.

4.成熟的啤酒经过滤,便会变得金黄通透。?????????????
The fully mature beer is filtered to produce a rich,golden-coloured beer.

5.经品质控制员的严格检查后,啤酒便被输送到包装部包装成罐装,樽装和桶装,以便{dy}时间送到顾客手上。??
After being checked by Quality Assurance experts, the beer is transferred to the Packaging Hall to be packaged in cans,bottles or kegs, ready to be distributed to the consumers.
