选材讲究，操作简便:

      所有与液体接触部分全部采用304不锈钢制造，经久耐用。自起动到停止均由按钮控制，操作简便。

超前设计，结构合理：

     采用滚动简式结构，正反转控制，使洗涤、漂色效果更理想。设有开门自动停机联锁保护装置，确保操作人员的安全。采用多级皮带传动，使小带轮增大，从而使带轮、皮带经久耐用。还可以到用户一要求的转速。

控制温度，确保洗涤质量：
     设有蒸汽喷射管，安装于外地档度部，作直接加热。装有温控制保证水液温度，从而达到良好洗涤效果。

1、配备可编程程序控制器，采用触摸屏和PLC控制。

2、产品采用三级皮带传动，增大传动比，减轻电机工作符合。

3、滚筒可定时正、反转向。

4、气动控制直接加热蒸汽系统或电磁阀控制直接加热蒸汽系统。

5、定量加水系统。

6、气动排水控制系统。

7、气动刹车系统，停机后内门对外门自动控制。

8、采用无极调速变频器控制（8-38rpm）和接触器控制双系统

Control the temperature to ensure the washing quality:

A steam jet tube is installed in the field gear section for direct heating. It is equipped with temperature control to guarantee the temperature of water liquid, so as to achieve good washing effect.
