OR-988小组式近红外线生产线

1． 本机台采用进口低炫光滤光近红外线（NIR）灯管，配合热风循环系统，可快速将胶水内外层均匀烘干活化，使鞋面与大底更好的贴合。

2． 设有两条快送带，一条承接上一段定形好的鞋面与配好的大底进行洗药水，另一条将贴好底的鞋子快送到压底处压底。

3． 采用SCR高精确恒温控制系统，可依材质要求，调节红外线的能量强弱（光高度），节省电能。

4． 环形旋转式输送机采用上下两层，上层放大底，下层放鞋面，适合于小型生产线使用。

5． 三色警告灯（红、黄、绿）可清楚显示机台的工作、维修、生产状况，安全性能高。

6． 贴底处设有电热保温装置，可独立控制，确保胶水的贴合性。

7． 刷胶位工作台附吸胶味设备，整体设计，即环保又美观方便。

8． 工作位两侧，设有紧急停止按钮，有紧急故障可安全停机。

9． 每个烘箱可烘干活化3-4个鞋架，速度快，效率高。

10． 可调式置鞋架，适合于各种鞋型。

◆ Adopting low dazzle-light N.I.R Iamps to heat the glue inside and outside evenly, cooperate with circular system, it can dry and activate

the glue quickly and steadily, make the vamp and outsole attaching perfectly.

◆ Put two sets of small belt conveyor, one is carry on the shaped vamp to make priming together with suitable outsole, and the other conveyor

carry the shoes which is attached with the outsole to the sole attaching machine.

◆ Adopting SCR high-exactitude constant temp control system, adjust the infrared strong degree (brightness degree) based on different

material requirement and save electric power.

◆ Adopting two layers ring shape rotation conveyor, the up layer for outsole, down layer for vamps, suitable for small production line.

◆ There were three color caution light (red, yellow, green) displays working, servicing and production condition, reaches high safety capability.

◆ Warm-keeping oven make the glue reach best attaching efficiency and can be control independently.

◆ Exhaust device put on the glue-scrapping worktable, which reaches environment requirement and beautiful appearance.

◆ Put with emergency stop button on two sides of worktable, which can stop the machine when faces malfunction.

◆ Each oven can be drying and activating with 3-4 shoes holder, quick speed and high efficiency.

◆ Adjustable shoe holder can be adjusted for various kinds of shoes.
